Santina Paula Urbano

March 23, 1960 – October 20, 2020

Santina passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at the age of 60. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Paul; daughter Allie Urbano (Simpson), son-in-law Brandon Simpson and granddaughter Alexi Simpson; son John Urbano and sister Rosa DiFiore; cousin Joey Orlando (Marlee) their children Deserae Wur (Jason and their son Emeric) and Taylor (Lisa) Orlando. Also auntie Theresa Orlando and uncle John Orlando. Along with many friends and extended family in the Italian community in Saskatoon and Italy. Her grandchild and children were the light of her life. She was predeceased by her parents Luigi and Antonia DiFiore.

Sandy’s calling was teaching. She impacted the lives of many children as a grade school teacher with the Catholic School Board. Her laughter, smile and caring heart will be missed by all whose lives she touched.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am Monday, November 2, 2020 at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed by visiting www.westwoodfuneralchapel.com. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to mental health initiatives through the Saskatoon Community Foundation in memory of Sandy (101-308 4th Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2L7).
