Obituary of Catherine Mary Gigun

1951 - 2018

Cathy (Catherine) Mary Gigun (Hagel) was born June 4th, 1951. She passed away peacefully on September 1st, 2018 at St. Paul’s Hospital. Cathy is survived by her husband, Jerry Gigun, her son Billy Joe Gigun, her sister Janet Zimmer and brothers Jack, David and Nick Hagel. Also, her mother in law, Ruby, sister-in law, Joyce and Joyce’s daughter Kim as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Cathy was predeceased in death by her son, J.J. Gigun and her father Joe and mother Ruby Hagel. A Celebration of life service for Cathy will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at Westwood Funeral Chapel (1402 20th St. W) beginning at 2:00 pm.
