Obituary of Marie Reid

Marie Pauline Reid March 20, 1921 – November 21, 2015 Marie Pauline Reid, age 94, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2015 at St. Paul’s Hospital. Predeceased by her parents Mary and Michael O’Connor, husband Cyril , sister Eileen, brother Michael and grandson Fraser Cowan. Left to remember her is her daughter Margaret, son Terence (Charmaine), grandsons Scott and Nathan, granddaughters Carrie, Dayna and Samantha as well as six great grandchildren. Marie met Cyril Reid while he was stationed in England. They were married in England on September 6, 1941. They emigrated to Canada to Winnipeg, then spent three years in Germany while Cyril was still in the Military. His last posting was back in Canada at CFB Gagetown, New Brunswick. In 1965 when Cyril retired from the Military, the family moved to Saskatoon where they have resided since.
